1960
Marina Uno

The turistic harbour Marina Uno rises in 1960, a few steps away from the wonderful mouth of the Tagliamento River. The incredible idea is of Pier Paolo Dalmas and the land belongs to SIL - Società Imprese Lignano Spa owned by Sir Riccardo Riva. The construction company, owned by Mario Carlutti from Udine, makes the project of the engineer Michele Tedesco come true in a very short time. The latter then became the mayor of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

1980
Marina Uno

The SIL company and sir Dalmas sells the dock in 1980 to a group of businessmen lead by Renzo Ardito.

Renzo Ardito commissions the architects Aldo Bernardis and Ferdinando Anichini to enlarge and renovate the harbour. In little time all the difficulties are overcomed, all the different authorizations are received and the works may finally start; nowadays a similar challenge would simply be impossible.

1982

In 1982 the Mestre's Ing. Zuffa's company starts the works for the turistic harbour's enlargment to lead it up to 400 moorings following the architects Aldo Bernardi and Ferdinando Anichini's project.

The touristic harbour renewed itself with floating docks, services by the docking and avantgarde technicians, restrooms, showers with hot water, officies for the harbour management, parkings, etc

1983

In the spring of 1983 the Marina Uno dock, finally looks how it is like nowadays, along with a magnificient inauguration party.

1997 1998

In 1997 Marina Uno Srl becomes a part of the Lignano Pineta Company, but still mantains its organisational and managerial autonomy.

From 1998 Dr Giorgio Ardito starts assisting his father Renzo, personally following the management of the turistic harbour and in the same year Marina Uno becomes member of the "Adriatic Turistic Harbour Association", a partnership which gathers more then 90 marinas from Friuli Venezia Giulia to Puglia, later on changing into "Assomarinas".

2003 2009

From 2003 the wooden poles are replaced with poles made of galvanized iron.

In 2006 the residential complexes "Nizza III" and "Nizza IV" are completed.

In 2009 the works of renewal of all the floating docks began and ended in 2017

2012 2024

In 2012 Dr. Giorgio Ardito assumed the presidency of "Consorzio Marine Lignano".

In 2016 Marina Uno Touristic Port becomes "Marina Resort". In the same year it becomes part of the 19 members of "FVG MARINAS".
