PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data you voluntarily provide (personal data, contact details, tax code) when booking the mooring, including via the form on our website, will be processed, both by paper and computer means, in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, the appropriate technical and organisational measures referred to in art. 32.1 GDPR, and with the observance of any precautionary measures that guarantee its confidentiality and availability for the following purposes:
- "Mooring booking": management of the reservations requested by you and consequent fulfilment of accounting, legal and contractual obligations arising from them, and to achieve effective management of commercial relations, also in the execution of tasks of public interest or matters related to the exercise of public authority as a concessionaire of state-owned property.
Personal data collected via video surveillance cameras when accessing the marina and port areas will be processed for the purpose of ensuring and safeguarding the security of assets, based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and the protection of its own rights and those of third parties. The data processing will be carried out exclusively by digital means in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, with the appropriate technical and organizational measures referred to in Article 32.1 of the Regulation, and in compliance with all precautionary measures that guarantee the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of such data.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Your data, in strict relation to the purposes indicated above, may be communicated within the EU to the following categories of recipients:
- subjects authorised to process personal data
- credit institutions, companies/professionals for the management of payments by credit cards or electronic payment systems in general
- administrative body, board of statutory auditors, supervisory body
- professionals, consultants, suppliers
- insurance companies (in case an accident must be managed)
- competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations.
Except in these instances, your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Union in accordance with the GDPR.
DATA STORAGE
The data necessary for the purposes referred to in point 1) will be kept for the duration of the established contractual relationships and subsequently, in accordance with the rules on the storage of administrative documentation, for the fulfilment of all legal obligations attributable to tax, accounting, and administrative matters. For the purposes referred to in point 2), your data will be kept for 2 years unless consent is revoked. The data necessary for security purposes shall be stored.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You can exercise your rights (Articles 15-22 of the GDPR) at any time by sending a communication to the Data Controller’s and/or Data Protection Officer’s email address using the contact details provided above. In particular, you will have the right to:
- request access to your personal data
- request their correction
- request the deletion of your personal data
- request a restriction in their processing
- object to the data processing
- request the right to the portability of your data, i.e., the right to request and receive the personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

PROFILING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE DATA
Your personal data is not subject to dissemination or to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.
